Hyatt Place Rapid City Downtown celebrates one year with national and statewide awards, record-setting pre-opening sales, and a service-first guest experience in downtown Rapid City.

The event runs from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday April 25 and features more than 20 properties open for tours throughout Sioux Falls. Hosted by the team at 605-334-RENT, the annual parade allows prospective renters to visit multiple communities without scheduling appointments.
