Lloyd Property Management To Host Largest Parade Of Apartments Across Three Markets
Lloyd Property Management will host its largest Parade of Apartments yet Saturday, September 26, with properties open for tours in Sioux Falls, Rapid City and Des Moines.
The one-day event is designed to make apartment hunting easier by giving prospective renters the opportunity to tour multiple communities, compare options and meet with leasing teams without scheduling separate appointments.
In all, 48 Lloyd communities will be open during the event, including 35 in Sioux Falls, seven in Des Moines and six in Rapid City.
“We are excited for all major markets to be involved in our event,” said Nikki Johnsen, experience manager for Lloyd Property Management and broker associate. “Our goal is always to make the renting experience as simple and seamless as possible.”
The Parade of Apartments gives renters a chance to explore available apartments, lofts and townhomes in a single day, including new communities and options within existing properties.

Online Tours: Enjoy Facebook live tours or watch virtual tours on Youtube.

Event Special: Apply during the parade and your name will be entered into a drawing to win a $500, $250 or $100 Visa gift card.
“People are busy, and this is a simple way for renters to view as many properties as possible within one day,” Johnsen said
