Sawyer Pointe Welcomes First New Residents In Harrisburg

New living options have arrived in Harrisburg with the opening of Sawyer Pointe.

Developed by Lloyd Companies and managed by Reside Property Management, Sawyer Pointe offers 60 one, two and three-bedroom apartments.

“Interest has been strong in this new community,” said Ashley Lipp, Lloyd Companies’ vice president of residential property management.

“We have one-third of the units leased already and we have many fantastic choices left.”

The pet-friendly community welcomes dogs, cats and other small pets and even includes its own dog park.
