New Apartment Living Arrives In Harrisburg With Big Demand

One thing is clear already – lots of people are ready for a new place to live in Harrisburg. Just days into offering our newest apartments at Sawyer Pointe, new residents had already started reaching out.

“It kind of even surprised me how quick people showed interest,” said Drew O’Brien, Regional Manager for Lloyd Companies.

The first phase of Sawyer Pointe, which is next to Harrisburg’s Freedom Elementary,  offered 60 apartments. This newest phase will bring 144 apartments in four new three-story buildings that will include one-bedroom, one-bedroom plus den, two-bedroom and three-bedroom options.

“It’s super applicable for any lifestyle,” O’Brien said. “It’s a comfortable living experience with a unique design where you can be part of one of the fastest-growing communities in our area.”

Current and new residents of Sawyer Pointe will also enjoy the new one-of-a-kind community amenities in the area which will start opening on March 1.

These amenities include a clubhouse offering a coffee bar café, a fitness center with “smart” interactive workout equipment and a comfortable community room. By this summer, the outdoor life will make Sawyer Pointe even more of a draw for residents.

“Our pool deck will have a zero entry pool with bubblers, an outdoor kitchen and grill area and firepit lounge,” O’Brien said. “We figured if we were going to do it, let’s just do it right.”
