Engineered Building Supply partnered with Lloyd Construction to deliver a new lumber yard in Brandon, South Dakota, designed to streamline operations and elevate the customer experience. The facility brings together a bright sales floor, efficient offices, comfortable break rooms, and warmed storage areas that protect materials and support year-round productivity. Adjacent to the site, our team built Engineered Truss Systems building that houses a wood truss and wood wall panel manufacturing plant with additional office space. Together, these projects showcase our ability to coordinate complex commercial and light industrial work on a single campus, aligning design, schedule and constructibility to support future growth.
