Throughout the project, Lloyd Construction worked with us on value engineering options to maximize the project scope in relation to the available budget. The team engaged with us when challenges arose and worked to ensure the finished station met our expectations. We took occupancy of the station ahead of the completion deadline.
Lloyd Construction delivered Hill City Ambulance’s new 5,000-square-foot facility, featuring an ambulance bay, living quarters, training rooms, offices and support spaces. Serving as Construction Manager at Risk and managing the design contract, our team collaborated with the owner and design team to align evolving operational needs with scope, budget and schedule. Construction included installing 75 rammed aggregate piers to support the building in challenging soil conditions. Through coordinated design, ongoing cost evaluation and collaborative planning, Lloyd helped create a facility that supports the Ambulance District’s long-term service to the community.
