As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Tara helps with recruiting efforts at Lloyd and acts as the point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process. She finds candidates with the right skills needed for a role and ensure they will be a cultural fit within the company.

Tara enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling to new places, trying new foods as well as reading, cooking and riding her bike.
