With a career built in construction operations, Mike brings an operator’s mindset to leadership, grounded in problem-solving, ownership, direct communication and forward momentum. He is particularly passionate about developing people, creating opportunities for emerging leaders and building teams that are empowered to take ownership and succeed.

Personal Passion
Outside of work, Mike enjoys staying active, coaching youth sports, traveling with his family, and spending as much time outdoors as possible. He enjoys experiencing new places and unique foods, firing up the smoker at home, and is always happy to trade winter for sunshine, a beach, and a piña colada.
