As Chief of Staff, Becky Word oversees all of Lloyd Companies Central Service operations. With a diverse background in marketing and human resources, Becky oversees Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, Information Systems, Safety and Training/Development. Becky is also responsible for Lloyd Companies’ risk management and works to establish consistent and efficient staffing plans across all divisions.
Becky loves working for Lloyd Companies for several reasons but the main reason is that it is a family-owned business. She interacts with the Lloyd family every day and plays a role to help build a company that serves generations to come, which is extremely rewarding.
