South Dakota Multi-Housing Association Honors Lloyd Team Members

Several members of the Lloyd Companies family were honored recently by the South Dakota Multi-Housing Association at its annual Walk of Stars gala event.

Lloyd founders Craig and Pat Lloyd were named lifetime members of the association, which is a grassroots membership-based group whose mission is to provide leadership, advocacy, education and professionalism to residential rental industry stakeholders.

Additionally, Nick Blau, Lloyd Companies regional manager, was honored with the President’s Appreciation award.

“The president’s award is given to the person that was the most helpful to the outgoing president and has shared their passion for South Dakota Multi-Housing Association,” executive director Denise Hanzlik explained.

Lloyd Companies regional manager Drew O’Brien also serves as the secretary on the SDMHA board of directors.

“Our team has a decades-long history of commitment to SDMHA and values the resources it provides us and others in our industry,” Lloyd CEO Chris Thorkelson said. “We congratulate our team members as well as our multi-family housing colleagues who were honored this year.”
