30+ Available Apartment Communities Will Open For Touring At Fall Parade of Apartments
Tour more than 30 apartment communities across Sioux Falls in one day at the upcoming Fall Parade of Apartments.
Hosted by the team at 334-RENT, it will run Sept. 21 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Bring your family and friends, take a self-guided tour or get expert insight from on-site leasing specialists.
“We have almost all our market-rate portfolio available for tours that day, with no appointments necessary,” said Ashley Lipp, vice president of residential property management at Lloyd Companies, the property management company behind 334-RENT.
“This includes apartments, townhomes, flats and even a property of single-family homes that’s the first of its kind in Sioux Falls.”
Plus, visitors to the Parade of Apartments can enjoy property-specific special offers and Mary’s Mountain Cookies at all participating locations.
