Party At The BLU! Help Celebrate New Luxury Living At Lake Lorraine

It’s time to celebrate! The BLU, Lake Lorraine’s new luxury living community, is weeks from opening.

Lloyd Companies is excited to manage these amazing new apartments, and we’re throwing a party to show you why. The Party at the Blu will be Aug. 24 from 4 to 8 p.m.

“You’ll be able to tour this gorgeous new community, try out some food trucks and enjoy music, the fantastic lakeside views, plus some fun surprises,” said Lloyd Companies Karlie Frost, Property Manager for The BLU. “We are offering drinks on our rooftop patio, so you can definitely appreciate how amazing it will be to live at The Blu.”

The Blu is offering a pre-leasing special, and apartments are being snapped up fast.

“We’ve seen a ton of recent interest, so if you’ve been thinking of checking it out we strongly encourage you to do that sooner rather than later,” Frost said.

The BLU offers 128 luxury homes including studio, one and two-bedroom apartments as well as two-bedroom-plus-den floor plans.

These modern apartments feature neutral colors throughout, black cabinet hardware, sleek fireplaces and ceiling fans, and high-end appliance packages.

“The building is looking great,” Frost said. “We’re making a lot of progress with construction and are set to open the building before the end of August.”

In addition to the roof-top patio with grill and hot tub, residents at The Blu will have a community room available to reserve for gatherings or to meet neighbors, along with the fitness center and water activities including kayaking and paddle boarding.

Plus, the first floor will include a bakery called Baking up a Storm, offering an easy stop to pick up a coffee, cupcake or signature cookie.
