This year, Lloyd Companies is celebrating 20 years ranking No. 1 for apartment rentals in The Local Best, a comprehensive area survey, in addition to the winning spot in property management.“We’re exceptionally honored that our residents year after year are so satisfied with their experience in our communities that they name us as The Local Best,” said Christie Ernst, executive vice president of property management.

A sophisticated tracking system ensures participants can only vote once.
