Lloyd Commercial Team Marketing Exciting New Site At RECON

Lloyd Companies is finding strong interest from national retailers looking at entering or expanding in the Sioux Falls market at this week’s RECON convention put on by the International Council of Shopping Centers.

One exciting new project Lloyd’s commercial team is marketing is the former Sioux Falls Ford property on West 41st Street in front of The Empire Mall.

Here’s a first look at a potential way the property could develop.

“It’s really a blank slate at this point. We are trying to put together the highest and best use for the property,” said Raquel Blount, Lloyd’s vice president of commercial real estate.
