Lloyd Companies is a family-owned business with a rich history throughout the midwest. Founded by Craig and Pat Lloyd in 1972, the company focused on multifamily housing and expanded to include development, real estate, construction, property management and hospitality throughout the years.
Throughout 2022, we have celebrated our 50 years in business by giving back to our communities, recognizing our company’s history and planning for the next 50 years.

We donated $1,972 to two nonprofits each month of 2022 to pay homage to the year we were established, 1972. By the end of 2022, we donated nearly $50,000 to 26 nonprofits in celebration of 50 years in business. We are honored to recognize and support local nonprofits.
