Lloyd Construction was the selected partner for Jack Rose Social Club at The Steel District, delivering a 6,400-square-foot, fully custom build with two patios and premium finishes. Inspired by steel, the space featured custom steel cabinetry and casework, a suspended steel bar structure, a cloud-like ceiling installation with integrated lighting, faux beams and decorative whiskey barrels. Indoor-outdoor connections included a pass-through bar window with exterior countertop seating and patio fire pits. Our team successfully navigated downtown, mixed-use constraints by gating work areas, adjusting hours to reduce noise and coordinating closely with property management. Jack Rose joins Alcove and Pasque Boutique, where Lloyd Construction also completed retail buildouts, which reinforced our expertise across The Steel District.
