The Cascade, Lloyd Companies’ latest signature downtown development, is attracting strong early interest from businesses and residents one year away from opening.
Under construction in the Uptown area of downtown along North Phillips and North Main avenues, The Cascade already has drawn interest from a brewery, multiple restaurants, and residents who have joined a wait list for its apartments. Leasing on the approximately 200 units will start later this year.
