First State Bank Southwest Expands in South Dakota with Harrisburg Land Purchase
Lloyd Commercial Real Estate represented First State Bank Southwest in the purchase of land for its second South Dakota location in Harrisburg, opening Summer 2027.
First State Bank Southwest is continuing its growth in South Dakota with the purchase of commercial land for a new Harrisburg, South Dakota location, anticipated to open in Summer 2027.
Jordan Rieffenberger and Marisa Foster of Lloyd Commercial Real Estate represented First State Bank Southwest in the land acquisition, helping the bank identify and secure a site that supports its continued growth in the Sioux Falls area. The new branch will become First State Bank Southwest’s second physical banking location in South Dakota.
The acquisition continues a relationship that began when Lloyd Companies helped First State Bank Southwest establish its first South Dakota location in Sioux Falls in 2022. As the bank evaluated opportunities for its next phase of expansion, Harrisburg emerged as a strong fit within one of the region’s fastest-growing communities.
