Tour Five Apartment Communities In One Day At Upcoming Spring Parade
From amenity-filled apartments to popular townhomes with garages, step inside them all in one day at the upcoming Rapid City Spring Parade of Apartments, presented by Lloyd Companies.
Held March 22 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. MST, Lloyd will welcome prospective residents inside five apartments in Rapid City and Box Elder, along with offering ongoing virtual tours.
“Rapid City has been a great market for us to expand into, and we’ve enjoyed getting accustomed to the area,” said Ashley Lipp, vice president of residential property management for Lloyd.
“Our first few projects leased up very quickly with the pent-up housing demand, and our more recent projects have leased at a more stable pace now that the increased demand has been met.”
This marks the second year Lloyd has hosted Parade of Apartments events in Rapid City, and 2025 prospective residents will find plenty of options.
“We have availability in all the properties on the tour, from studio through three-bedroom apartments and townhomes,” said Jana Plooster, Lloyd’s Rapid City-based regional manager. “Plus you’ll find special offers at every property.”
You’ll soon discover the details are what sets a Lloyd community apart.
For instance, The VUE at Catron delivers an amazing amenity package.
“And as the name suggests, this community offers incredible views from your apartment.”
Just down the road at Sedona Flats, “the clubhouse has a trendy desert chic design and the finishes of the apartments are beautiful,” Lipp continued. “We also added extra windows that allows for more natural light.”
Shepherd Hills Commons offers townhome options with attached garages that have been extremely popular.
“And we have more on the way,” Plooster said. “So the Parade of Apartments is a great opportunity to get to know this community and make sure you secure the home that’s right for you.”
In Box Elder, The Union offers studio through three-bedroom options convenient to Ellsworth Air Force Base with plenty to do during down time, including a pool and sundeck, community room and fitness center.
Finally, Split Creek Commons “offers unique floor plans unlike any other in Rapid City,” Lipp said.
“There are two-story apartments that have an upstairs den perfect for a home office, and windows that go all the way to the ceilings.”
During the Spring Parade of Apartments, you can take a guided tour or a self-show one, plus connect one-on-one with the Lloyd team as you move forward with leasing.
Ready to take the next step during the event? When you apply March 22, you’ll be entered for the chance to win a $500 Visa gift card.
“We’re really excited for our second year offering the Parade event,” Plooster said. “We had really good traffic last spring and fall, and with our gorgeous weather this year we’re hoping for a lot of people checking out the new properties and deciding to rent.”
