Tour 40 Apartments At Open House Saturday

From new living spaces in growing neighborhoods to distinctive downtown lofts, you can step inside 40 apartments this Saturday.

Lloyd Companies is hosting a fall apartment open house Oct. 8 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.

“This is the perfect chance to check out a huge variety of living options,” director of marketing Luke Jessen said. “From townhomes to downtown living, we’ve got something for everyone’s lifestyle.”

Apartment living is increasingly popular in Sioux Falls. The city has permitted nearly 1,400 living units this year – almost double the same time in 2015.

“We are excited to introduce several new apartments to Sioux Falls this year, too,” Jessen said.

Some of the new projects from Lloyd Companies include:
The Meadows on Graystone in southeastern Sioux Falls, offering one, two and three-bedroom apartments in a scenic neighborhood setting near Harrisburg’s Horizon Elementary School.
Killarney Crossing, offering one, two and three-bedroom townhomes in southwest Sioux Falls with easy access to the interstates,major employment centers, shopping and dining plus amenities including a pool and fitness center.
The Bluffs at Willow Run, a one-of-a-kind opportunity to live along Willow Run Golf Course, including expansive city views and an amazing package of amenities.
Lloyd Companies manages about 3,500 apartments in Sioux Falls.
