Sandra McNeely is the founder and managing director of family business consulting firm Abbey Legacy, which facilitates a process that has been linked to higher levels of multi-generation family business success. A former CEO and certified financial planner, Sandra specializes in succession planning, owner and multi-generation family meeting facilitation, alignment of management’s strategy with family vision and values, and board effectiveness. She also is an experienced peer group facilitator and accomplished speaker.
Sandra joined the board of Lloyd Companies in 2010 and also serves on the Family Firm Institute board of directors, where she is honored as a Fellow and from which she earned both the Global Education Network and Advanced Certificates in Family Business Advising.
Sandra earned her bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University and her MBA from Central Michigan University.
