As Superintendent for our Kentucky markets, Mat directs the field from mobilization to closeout, coordinating subcontractors and inspections, enforcing safety, managing logistics, updating look-ahead schedules and maintaining project documentation to protect schedule and quality.
Watching and being a part of buildings being built. Mat enjoys seeing an empty field turn into a structure and also being part of complicated projects where he can do and learn something he has never done before.
Mat enjoy’s hunting and fishing, spending time with his wife and dogs and doing just about anything outside. He likes to call himself an amateur grill master. Mat also enjoys traveling and has been to 48 states and over 20 countries.
The people he works with. Being around true professionals and craftsman’s who make things look easy even though you know they are not and getting to call them peers is very fulfilling. Mat has always been interested in how things are built and now he gets to be a critical part of that.
