Kris Saddoris is the owner of Saddoris Consulting and a veteran of the development, commercial real estate and property management industries who specializes in the Des Moines, Iowa, metro market. Her decades-long career includes executive leadership roles one at Hubbell Realty Company, where she served as Vice President of Development and was responsible for a nearly $200 million annual pipeline. Another at Conlin Properties, where she served as President and was responsible for development, property management and association management. She formed Saddoris Consulting in 2023 where she focuses on real estate development consulting nationwide, including multi-family housing, affordable housing, regional development and land development.
Saddoris joined Lloyd Companies’ board in 2024, building on a career of community involvement that includes serving as Chair of the DSM Partnership Downtown Community Economic Development Group; the state of Iowa’s Governor’s Economic Recovery Board; and Home Ownership Made Easy, the oldest housing nonprofit in central Iowa, which she chaired from 2020-2023. She currently serves as a board member and on the loan committee for the Midwest Housing Development Fund, which helps meet the need for creating, rehabilitating and developing affordable housing in 17 states through a Community Development Financial Institution. Additionally, she is a cabinet member of Pro Iowa Soccer, which supports developing and constructing a stadium in downtown Des Moines to support the city’s first USL soccer team and other community events.
Saddoris is a graduate of Iowa State University where she was recognized as the Commercial Real Estate Professional of the Year in 2023.
