In his role as Regional Manager for Lloyd Property Management, Justin oversees a portfolio of more than 35 different residential properties consisting of 1,000 homes in the Sioux Falls metro area. He works very closely with his team of Property Managers, Accountants and Maintenance Technicians on the operations of the properties and ensures timely communication of financial and business strategies with owners. His primary goal is to ensure everyone he works with feels respected and appreciated.
