Jennifer Seifert-Brenna

Vice President of Lloyd Hospitality Group

Jennifer joined Lloyd Companies in 2018 to conduct market research for new markets and business expansion. With a strong background in hotel management, Jennifer is leading Lloyd Companies newly formed Hospitality Division, Lloyd Hospitality Group.

Prior to joining Lloyd Companies, Jennifer had accumulated 27 years of experience in hotel management, most recently overseeing a portfolio of 10 hotels across the upper-midwest. Jennifer was responsible for both ongoing operations, as well as renovations, acquisitions, third-party management partnerships, and new-build development projects.

Professional Passion

Jennifer has a true passion for opening new hotels and enjoy the entire process from the initial concept through to opening day. She equally thrives on the honor of mentoring team members and other young adults as they navigate their way through their professional careers.

Personal Interests

She lives and breathes everything family. With three children and 1 grandchild, Jennifer and her husband involve themselves in their lives, being intentional in providing support, love and growing their family bond. Together with her family, they have built strong show choir programs at two local high schools, having been founders and leaders for these programs for twelve years.
