Chris Thorkelson

Chris Thorkelson leads Lloyd Companies as President and CEO with the foundation of building lasting relationships. He joined Lloyd in 2003 and has worked his way through the company, serving various divisions, leading him to become President and CEO in 2015. With this leadership role, Chris wanted to ensure that everyone in the company was working toward one common goal, so he set the company vision, Improving Quality of Life, and the necessary initiatives to execute this vision. One of these initiatives was building the right team to ensure team members and clients have the best experience working at or with Lloyd Companies. Since Lloyd is a family owned business, Chris emphasizes the importance of balance and encourages a family-first approach for all Lloyd team members. His experience working within all aspects of the business prior to serving as President and CEO make him an extremely valuable asset in avoiding and solving many development and construction related challenges.
