Brian Grady provides financial oversight for 115+ entities that represent almost 6,000 apartment units and over 1.3 million square feet of commercial space in his role as Vice President of Asset Management. He also enjoys working with new staff to mentor them into leadership at Lloyd Companies.

Make-A-Wish Foundation of South Dakota has been a passion of mine. Brian has enjoyed serving on the Board, being a Wish Grantor, and participating in the numerous activities associated with the organization. He believes that it is truly an organization that has the ability to change the life of children with life threatening conditions.
Best part of my job
Brian enjoys the shared vision, commitment and passion of the team at Lloyd Companies that takes the term ‘teamwork’ to a new level. He believes that the ability to mix in some ‘fun’ along the way certainly helps as well.
