Whether you’re hoping to move into a downtown loft, a townhome near your kids’ school or an affordable apartment in a neighborhood you’ll love, you’ll want to put the upcoming Spring Parade of Apartments on your calendar this Saturday, April 24 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
“The best part is you can browse dozens of apartments in whatever way works for you,” Regional Manager Drew O’Brien said. “You can stop by in person or apartment hunt virtually and take advantage of the same great experience.”
“The good news is we have something for absolutely everybody – from downtown studios that are very well priced, affordable housing, townhomes, lofts and apartments,” O’Brien said. “The only hiccup is right now everybody is really enjoying renting, so we don’t have a ton of vacancy. If anyone is interested in getting out and seeing what we have to offer whether it’s now or in the near future this is the day to get out and find it.”
At some properties, you might even discover waitlists.
“For certain apartment sizes and certain buildings, that’s definitely the case,” O’Brien said. “We smashed our all-time leasing record in March and have had some of the strongest occupancies the last few months that I can ever remember.”
The good news is, more new apartments are on the way. Lloyd has hundreds of options under construction on all sides of Sioux Falls, even in Harrisburg, including several that will be stops on the Spring Parade of Apartments.
“We’re bringing on new units every single month and we’re still filling up as fast as we can put them in the ground,” O’Brien said. “If you find the one you want, put your name on it as fast as possible because we’re filling up quickly and can’t build fast enough.”
Take advantage of our specials this Saturday. If you submit an application in person or online at the parade, Lloyd Companies will credit your application fee back upon move in. On top of that, you’ll get entered to win a $200 or $100 move-in grand prize.
Additional specials also might be offered during the parade, just ask our property managers for more information.
