Lloyd’s Jake Quasney Named To 40 Under 40 List
Lloyd Companies proudly congratulates Jake Quasney, a member of this year’s 40 Under 40 list from Prairie Business Magazine.
Quasney joined Lloyd Companies in 2015 and has quickly become an integral part of our team.
Hired as general counsel, he now additionally serves as vice president of real estate and investments. Jake works closely with all our divisions to identify and mitigate potential risks to the company, as well as with capital partners and investors to structure equity on projects.
Since 2015, Jake has assisted in developing more than 1,000 apartment homes across South Dakota and Iowa, including over 200 affordable housing units in the state of South Dakota. He also serves the Sioux Empire United Way assisting with its allocation process.
“Jake is a key part of our senior leadership team and well-deserving of this recognition,” Lloyd CEO Chris Thorkelson said. “He tackles complex real estate and development projects with a blend of legal and accounting expertise combined with creativity.
