Lloyd Companies Congratulates Craig Lloyd On Spirit Award

He’s always been the spirit of Lloyd Companies, and now our founder and board chairman Craig Lloyd has been honored with the Spirit of Sioux Falls Award.

Craig was honored by the Sioux Falls Development Foundation Nov. 16 with the annual award, which recognizes leadership excellence and dedication to the Sioux Falls business community and its economic growth.

In typical Craig fashion, as he listened in the crowd he thought the presenter was describing someone else’s accomplishments.

We knew better at Lloyd Companies, and are thrilled to see Craig recognized for communitywide for his far-reaching contributions.

It all started in 1972, when Craig and his wife, Pat, moved to Sioux Falls to manage an affordable housing community. Our company has been privileged to grow under his leadership to manage more than 5,000 apartments and become a regional leader in land, commercial and multifamily development and brokerage.
