There will be about 350 apartments when it’s complete, along with about 40,000 square feet of commercial space, which means more neighborhood shopping and dining opportunities will likely be on the way.

Add to that all of the job growth we expect at Foundation Park, in addition to what Amazon is bringing, and it’s a great location for new housing.”
The first residents are expected to be able to move in starting in 2021.
