Four Years In A Row! Lloyd Named To List Of Best Places To Work

For the fourth consecutive year, Lloyd Companies has been named one of the 50 best places to work in the northern plains.

Prairie Business Magazine named Lloyd to the list based on nominations through an anonymous employee survey. It outlined work environment, employee benefits and employee morale.

“It’s not one magical thing that makes Lloyd Companies a great place to work. It’s a combination of factors that make our culture something employees enjoy and appreciate,” chief of staff Becky Mutziger said.

“Being named to this list for four years in a row shows we’re serious about maintaining and continuing to improve our work environment.”

Prairie Business received nominations from more than 1,300 employees around the region said Tom Dennis, Prairie Business editor.

“As organizations, the 50 Best Places to Work range in size from small businesses with a dozen or so employees, to national companies that are doing business in 48 states,” Dennis said.

“But they all have one thing in common: a workplace culture that inspires loyalty and enthusiasm among employees. We can all learn from the benefits, pay practices, management styles and other factors that set these successful cultures apart.”

Lloyd Companies is one of five South Dakota companies to make the list.
