Empire Place Retailer Roundup
New national retailers continue lining up for locations at Empire Place.
Chase Bank
JPMorgan Chase & Co. is entering the Sioux Falls market in a prominent way. The company, which does business as Chase or Chase Bank, is building a full-service branch at Empire Place.
“Chase has vast experience in helping consumers and businesses with their financial needs and our branch is proud to announce plans to join the community. Bringing branches to the area gives customers expanded access to our products, digital tools, and tailored in-branch experiences, like financial advice from short-term savings to retirement.” JPMorgan Chase Spokesperson, Darcy Donahoe-Wilmot said.
Crumbl Cookies
Crumbl Cookies will be opening its first South Dakota location in a retail center at Empire Place, joining long-requested customer favorites Chick-fil-A and Chipotle Mexican Grill.
“Crumbl Cookies is such an exciting addition to Empire Place. We can’t wait to introduce their outstanding cookies and ice cream to Sioux Falls,” said Raquel Blount, Lloyd’s Vice President of Commercial Real Estate, who represents Empire Place.
The Good Feet Store
The Good Feet Store, which will be part of the same retail center as Crumbl Cookies, will offer arch support solutions for foot, knee, hip and back pain.
“We’ve been very encouraged by the interest from a broad range of national retailers and service-oriented businesses,” Blount said. “Many, like The Good Feet Store, are choosing this as a marque location to launch their brand in our market.”
Chipotle
While most Empire Place retailers are scheduled to open in 2021, Chipotle fans likely will be able to order up their favorite Mexican fare yet this year.
“Construction is really coming along well on Chipotle’s building, which includes its newest design and a drive-through,” Blount said. “All indications predict they will be opening before the end of 2020.”
