$1,972 GIVEAWAY

By my signature below, I hereby acknowledge that I may have extensive conversations with Lloyd Companies, Inc. (“Lloyd”) with respect to marketing materials it is producing in relation to the company’s 1972 Giveaway and its history during that time, including, without limitation any other marketing or advertising materials Lloyd may wish to pursue from time to time in the future (collectively, the “Work”). I further acknowledge that Lloyd has explained to me that some or all of what I may say, write, produce, share, document, draw, or submit and any other information or other materials that I may provide to Lloyd as part of my submission could appear in the Work, including, without limitation, my personal experiences, remarks, and recollections, as well as any photographs, videos, documents or other materials that I may choose to deliver to Lloyd. As good and sufficient consideration of this Submission Release, I acknowledge and agreement that Lloyd will include my submission for consideration to be one of the two monthly charitable non-profit entities to receive a financial contribution. I acknowledge that I am not otherwise entitled to receive any other form of payment or consideration from Lloyd, its successors or assigns for my execution of this release.

1. I also acknowledge that Lloyd may transfer ownership of the Work or may authorize others to publish the Work and that it may appear in/on Lloyd’s website or the websites of Lloyd affiliates, publications, articles, books, magazines, journals, newspapers, periodicals, billboards, time capsules, and other written forms, including, without limitation video and audio formats, including internet, television and radio advertising. I hereby grant Lloyd, its affiliates, successors or assigns the right to develop, produce, distribute, advertise, promote and otherwise market the Work in any manner that Lloyd may reasonably deem appropriate.

2. I acknowledge that I may voluntarily disclose to Lloyd personal and intimate information and opinions about myself and other individuals, and I hereby confirm that none of the information to be disclosed by me during these discussions was acquired as a result of a confidential relationship, violates any restrictions or covenant made by me, discloses any trade secrets, or is in any way contrary to applicable law.

3. I understand that Lloyd will expend extensive and valuable time and effort in preparing the Work based on my submission and will rely on my consent to use such submission material(s).

4. I hereby consent to the publication of any or all of the material disclosed by as part of my submission; my identification as a subject or source; and the use of my name, image and likeness, as well as relevant biographical data, including my photograph, in the published material and in any promotion or advertising of it.

5. I hereby release, discharge and agree to hold harmless Lloyd, its affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, causes of action or damages arising out of anything contained in the Work, or any of the aforementioned uses, including any claims based on the right of privacy, the right of publicity, copyright, libel, defamation or any other right. I further understand and acknowledge that Lloyd and its affiliates, successors, or assigns will be the sole owner of all copyright and other rights in and to the Work.
