USD Foundation at Commerce Center

Lloyd Construction completed the 3,735-square-foot USD Foundation office buildout at Commerce Center in Sioux Falls, creating a welcoming workspace that reflects the University of South Dakota’s identity. Expansive glass office fronts and glass doors define individual workspaces while maintaining open sightlines and allowing natural light to flow into shared areas. A glass entrance framed in warm wood sets the tone for the interior, where modern finishes, red accents and patterned flooring connect private offices with comfortable lounge and gathering spaces. The completed space supports daily operations, collaboration and visits from alumni and supporters.
