Under Construction: Fall River Health Services

Currently under construction, the Fall River Health Services project is a $2.5 million healthcare improvement designed to better serve patients and the community. The work includes two additions totaling 1,800 square feet, 4,300 square feet of remodel within the existing facility, and 8,500 square feet of new site concrete for sidewalks and parking.

This project showcases Lloyd Construction’s expertise in delivering thoughtful, high-quality healthcare environments. Upon completion, Fall River Health Services will further strengthen Lloyd Construction’s resume for future medical and healthcare work.

The project is currently scheduled for turnover in summer of 2026.
