The Silos features a Modern Farmhouse aesthetic with a mix of townhomes and apartments. The proejct was completed in two phases and features a clubhouse with a community and fitness room and plenty of shared outdoor space including a playground, pool and patio and dog park. Lloyd developed, constructed and manages the property. Lloyd Design Group served a full project scope including masterplanning, architectural design, interior design and FFE coordination.
