Our team worked closely with the client throughout the design process to understand his vision and bring it to life through a bright – welcoming palette, clean lines, warm finishes, and an open dining environment. The design balances modern functionality with family tradition, incorporating Greek-inspired details that reflect the family’s roots. Guests can view the signature gyro meat roasting behind the service counter, reinforcing the restaurant’s authentic, made-to-order experience. The result is a modern, functional space that feels distinctly Nick’s while honoring its history and carrying its legacy into a new chapter.
