The Pitch offers a new experience for renters in the Des Moines area. It features a masculine design using natural materials creating a cohesive feel that ties the design together. The project consists of multifamily centerload buildings as well as a clubhouse with a community room, fitness center, mailroom and pool with a patio. Lloyd served as the developer, contractor and property manager as well as the architect, interior designer, furniture coordinator and site designer.
