The Carlton at Dawley is a mixed-use building that features retail on the first floor with multifamily housing above. The project design was inspired by handwritten letters resulting in a sophisticated modern style. Lloyd Design Group created the interior design of the many community spaces, fitness center, guest suite, corridors and units, and assisted with the art, lighting and furniture specifications.
