The Boundary is a unique multifamily housing community located on the northwest side of Sioux Falls. The design brings the outdoors inside with a natural and calming color palette. The community spaces reflect nature with deep green accents, wooden features and organic designs. The community consists of a two-story clubhouse with a community room, game room, pool, patio and fitness center as well as apartment buildings and townhomes. Lloyd developed, served as the architect and interior designer, built and manages The Boundary.
