Lloyd Construction and Lloyd Design Group partnered to deliver Sioux Empire United Way’s 5,567-square-foot office project in Sioux Falls. The space brings together private offices, conference rooms and a large meeting area with a cohesive finish palette that reflects the organization’s identity. Bold blue accent walls and colorful wall graphics complement neutral tones, patterned carpet and warm wood-look flooring and cabinetry. Glass office fronts and sidelights create an open feel while defining individual workspaces. Lloyd Design Group’s coordinated approach to materials, color and functionality, paired with Lloyd Construction’s attention to finish details, created a professional, welcoming environment for staff, volunteers and community partners.
