Muth Electric

Lloyd was selected to build the new office and warehouse for Muth Electric in Sioux Falls through a competitive CMR process. The project consists of a 14,080 SF pre-engineered metal warehouse with an attached 9,547 SF single-story office. The office is steel stud construction with a steel bar joist roof structure. We procured the pre-engineered metal building package and worked with the owner’s subcontractors on this project. Overall, the long standing relationship between Muth and Lloyd was maintained throughout the building process resulting in a satisfied client and successful build.
