Campus Facilities Manager at Augustana University
We knew the goal was to have students move into the building on time, the team at Lloyd was wonderful at regularly communicating, and they were able to achieve that without any issues.
Lloyd Construction delivered Foundation Heights, a four-story, 45,000-square-foot student housing building at Augustana University in Sioux Falls. Featuring 43 apartment-style units with 104 beds and spaces for students to gather, the building offers a modern, welcoming campus living experience. Through careful planning and coordination, our team completed construction about a week ahead of schedule, ready for students to move in before the 2026–27 school year.
