Lloyd served as the preferred developer and general contractor for the new prototype store for Fleet Farm. Lloyd Construction completed the Sioux Falls, SD location in the spring of 2019. The project features a 200,000 square-foot retail building, a lumber yard as well as a gas station/convenience store.
