I can’t say enough good things about our project manager and on-site superintendent. Everything came in right on budget and every time I had a question or wondered about something, they knew the project like the back of their hand, and if they didn’t they found out and got right back to us.
This branch represents the first location for this Minnesota-based bank in Sioux Falls. It includes a drive-thru, interactive teller machines, space for 10-12 team members, conference and break room space, a safety deposit room, IT room and vault room. Despite a difficult supply chain environment, Lloyd Companies was able to navigate through and overall the project ran “very smoothly,” project manager Robert Rhody said. Some of the more unique elements for the construction team included higher end exterior finishes including multiple types of metal panels, along with new technology integrated within the building.
