Lloyd was selected to build the new Children’s Home Shelter for Family Safety building in 2021 through a proposal process. The 48,000 square-foot facility consists of offices, dining facilities, a commercial kitchen, support areas and two residential villages offering 95 beds in 38 rooms. The building has exceeded the client’s expectations after opening in 2022.
