Brioux Falls

Lloyd’s Real Estate team worked with Brioux Falls coffee shop owners to find their perfect location at The Steel District and connected them with the construction team to complete the buildout of their new coffee shop. Lloyd Design group created drawings that showcase the uniqueness of their business to customers through the shop’s finishes. The space consists of multiple seating areas as well as the coffee counter and room for food and beverage prep. Our construction teams brought that vision to life beautifully resulting in a successful project and happy client. From the forest green backsplash to the open shelving, the coffee isn’t the only thing that sets this space apart.
