Starbucks And Capriotti’s Lease Space At New Retail Center On Popular Corner
Major national retailers continue to invest in Sioux Falls despite the events of 2020 – as shown by the robust leasing interest at a new retail center on the northwest corner of 69th Street and Louise Avenue.
Starbucks and Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop are expanding into this new multi-tenant retail center developed by Cresten Capital Holdings and constructed and leased by Lloyd Companies.
“These are two outstanding additions for this fast-growing area of our community, which has seen an enormous increase in both residents and employment centers,” said Raquel Blount, Lloyd’s Vice President of Commercial Real Estate.
“I think their interest here speaks to the fantastic way Sioux Falls has supported businesses despite the pandemic.”
The retail center has two additional spaces available for lease, 1,530 square feet each, that can be combined into one larger space.

Construction is in progress and the first tenants will open in the spring of 2021.
