The Empower campus is a shared campus between multiple nonprofits that historically was a school for deaf students. The first phase of work involved filling in an existing swimming pool to create a bike shop and renovating a gymnasium into office and showroom space. Additional work included constructing two kitchens, new offices, new learning and daycare spaces, restrooms and partitioning the building into five separate areas for different nonprofits.
